APDB pt. Thirty-Eight

Wed, 11/19/2014 - 11:54 -- JeHaMa.

Location

I had always been plagued with the question,
"Does love exist?"
and if so,
"Does it contain limits?"
I felt it should not.
What differs love from any other worldly manifestation be it that
"if" and "but" are scribbled in its folds?
If that is love,
then my life must only be fulfilled -soul may only rest-
when I discover something timeless that stretches and expands,
does not break.
This thing,
that I do believe exists,
resides wherever these words do become so.
This thing that cradles humanity
and this thing I feel when he smiles;
they are the same.
