Always in Motion
I was little once, with parents who devoted their lives to mine.
I remember words and pictures, odds and ends of unconnected visions.
Mom would ask "Who are you?"
Of course I knew then.
Mom would say "You are my Tayler. You are going to grow up and still be my Tayler, and I will still be your mommy. Wherever life takes you, dream beyond imagination...you can only be as great as your biggest dream."
People tell me now, "Be realistic. Be something easy. Be someone wealthy."
But I was little once, and I remember dreaming in color and in motion...always in motion.
Dreams come and some go, but mine is always in motion.
Singing and playing, microphones and pianos, me and people.
Even if they can't see it, nothing could be more clear to me.
Pouring my soul into song, reaching everyone within miles.
There are no limits.
My words, pieces of my life, sang to the masses.
Inspired, encouraged, empowered.
Yes, I was little once, and I remember dreams...the way I will live them soon.
I remember pieces of pictures, letters and words.
I remember
"You can only be as great as your biggest dream."
And mine are always in motion.
