Always a better direction

Peace......through out the land.
People think there is only one way
Never looking beyond themselves
unwilling to grasp an outstretched hand
Pretending nothing is wrong  today
Even though they really need the help

People are too proud to admit it
Thinking it's a sign of weakness
If they must ask for help to get there.
By working together  will lessen conflicts
and help find a way out of darkness

My wall would say:

Accept a helping hand,
Be the helping hand.
