Alice's Adventures Not in Wonderland

Wed, 05/31/2017 - 01:16 -- frygod

Alice's dream, falling down

The rabbit hole

Turns out not to be.

For she is locked within a cell

Made of foam

And drugs.

The doctors they cry,

"She's a loony you see?!"

And shock her with volts.

Rabbits with clocks,

And cats that talk?

Poor Alice

They're all lies.

They all lie inside the brain

The right to be precise.

The Queen of Hearts?

Who is she?

A figment of the mother I see.

Poor, poor Alice

Why must you resist?

We're only here to help.

There is no Wonderland,

Your imagination is rampant

You tell only lies, Alice.

Now take these pills

They will make you better

Poor Alice.
