Adrenaline Rush

Life is fairly dull until the adrenaline rush kicks in.

The adrenaline rush doesn’t happen everyday, but it comes into play the moment I look at a huge rapid.

White water rafting is one thing I enjoy doing when we have enough water from the snow melt.

Just looking at a rapid that I’ve ran several times on the front of my stepdad’s boat and once on my own will give me the adrenaline rush that I waited all winter for.

Even looking at a rapid I’ve never run before will give me an adrenaline rush but the biggest rush comes when you have the realization that you could swim the rapid.

When the boat goes down a huge rapid backwards, and you’re on the front of the boat with an even bigger rapid just below you, you really hope you don’t swim.

These adrenaline rushes are scary once in a rare while, but for the most part adrenaline rushes as a white water rafter are amazing.

The rushes set me on edge when I’m on the river and end when the rapid has been run.
