2 Sided Railroad

In my city there's some railroad tracks the right side is where I reside at

The other side is a higher side of life I went to school there but it never felt right

I went to the white school but when I left they called it black and in other words that means it went bad bussing kids from where I was at

Big business the mall and all the hot spots at the tracks is even where the cops stop

Don't cross that line unless the call comes thru to stop crime but by the time they get there somebodies about to do hard time

That's what I grew up in I know a lot people who died early or spent time in the system

In and outta jail considered life had failed them and damn its crazy cause they still young so long to any future plans

They come from where I stay the hood where my head lay but what's far more crazy is the fact I made a change
