You're in a room with thousands of peopleThe room is cold, no music, no noise,But you're happyLike everyone else appears to be At the front of the room is a stage,And one by one people go up and talk about their entire life.No one told you why everyone has to speak.Soon your time comes. You're a little nervous but like many others,You know that after you say your speech you can go home and relax.A few of your friends and family go before you. They share memories and experiences,Tales and adventuresAnd then suddenly you faint. The room turns black. You hear nothing...feel nothing...see nothingFor the longest time you lay on the floor lifelessPeople attempt to wake you,But you resist and stay asleep. They hear you breatheAnd the beat of your heart,But your body remains unconscious.A crow cackles outside the roomAnd you're left all aloneIt seems everyone's gone.Your legacy they'll never knowStrangely, you wake up nowBeguiled by the light entering the room,The rushing waves you hear,The uplifting sensations energizing youYou never felt this way before,And you enter another room.
