Learning Like a Child

A child,

small, innocent, and curious,

with a great yearning for learning.

A desire to understand what is happening around them.

Though situations seem foreign and too complex,

beyond comprehension for such a young mind,

a child will ask and ask again,

an effort to deduce meaning and grasp a new idea.

Though so green and inexperienced,

children take every chance to expand the boundaries of their knowledge.

Should not the developing and seemingly developed minds,

those stubbornly stuck in their habits and beliefs,

try and recapture this ceaseless quest for insight and acceptance?

Perhaps in doing so,

a happier and less volatile world will stand for our children.
