Fraction

You told me without me you’d only be half alive,

But you didn’t realize,

Me without you..I could die,

You left and you lived,

Inhaled, exhaled, a new beginning,

But for me, it was like...

My world just came crashing down,

And I had to find a way to quickly save me from myself,

Your walls were stronger than ever…

But mines-paper thin

Can collapse any minute,

Why am I not enough?

You see the future in her eyes,

You see the past in mines,

How can you bare to lie that this is love?

The promises you have made to me

Were kept for another,

I thought I was broken,

But I am determined to recover,

My world..severely destroyed…and destroyed again

By what destroyed it from the beginning

But still, I will not let you be the means to my end,

You were my other half,

You left me with hell and it’s aftermath,

Your empty words accompanied by your empty actions,

You may have been my other half,

But without you, I am not a fraction!
