i wish

i wish

the tightness in

my chest,

my throat,

would fade away.

the brush of stress acne would leave,

the chills would pass,

the wave of reality wouldn’t ever hit.

the thoughts wouldn't haunt:

the remembrance of my past present or future wouldn’t come.

the hum of anxiety would be sucked from me like a vacuum.

if only my wishes would come true

This poem is about:
Me

Take the reins of reality for yourself, no one will take them for you. Only you can dictate your happiness, life will ruin you if you let it. Let the anger, the injustice of it be your motivation, it will be your greatest ally in a lonely world. I see myself so much through you, but don't wish, make it a reality, we humans tend to be stronger than we think we are.
