what is it to be nature?

Wed, 09/25/2024 - 16:52 -- Ilyse11

I'm green then yellow then orange then red. I'm thinner than weaker then let go then falling. I'm among the grass along with many others. This is when I think I'm done. The wind then brings me on my own journey. I flitter and flutter through the air. I'm tilted and turned by the wind. My veins are emphasized by the light. I'm fair from where I belong way up high. I see sights past ever before. I thought I was done but there is much more. I have a direction, a purpose, a way. Life is simple and new and complex. I am somewhere and nowhere and lost and found. Life is crowded and chaotic and written out ahead of me. Just when I thought it was all over, I was gifted something new. Now here I am traveling and living it out until -- CRUNCH!
