A Mystic Memory

Sun, 11/18/2012 - 22:00 -- CBat

The shadow glow of sea greens, breathless blues, and piercing purples,
Streaked along a sublime vastness,
Through majestic mists and floating aisles,
Awaiting a desperate dream to wish upon.
Adventures calling out from afar,
Typhoons and tyrants swirling in a hypnotizing flare.
A tiger lily gently kissing the dew from its prickly carpet.
Vines uncurling, hugging the closest tree to them.
While sprites and pixies zoom past,
With a glittering, glistening trail following,
Collecting a nightshade’s last speck of darkness.
The Magical Kingdom of Waterfalls
Quenches on embankments of purity.
A new pocket of hope leaves its imprint
On this world for a helpless soul to seek.
At a blink of an eye, all is gone.
