Under the Same Moon

Fri, 07/26/2013 - 22:53 -- Lomuse

We live in a world,

So big and wide,

Under the same sky,

But with different times.

I look to the North,

You look to the South,

I'm looking up,

And you're looking down.

To the east is the sun rising,

And the moon is falling,

But to the west is the sun leaving,

And the moon arriving.

I look your way,

And you look mine,

And suddenly I realized,

That we were side by side.

Under the same moon,

Singing the same tune,

Holding hands we became immune,

To the world's distant rune.
