Expired in the spiritual

Proverbs 18:21 )

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
and those who love its use will eat its fruit.

Proverbs 21:6

Making a fortune by a lying tongue is like a vapor driven back and forth;
they seek death.

Expiration

Expired in the spiritual … is that possible?

Running out of gas … does that make any sense?

It could be a game … hanging on to the probable

with unknown guarantees … of assurance in the end.

Lining the walls of expectation with the uncertain

Covering the windows to remove all the light

Hoping you will find … by only through intuition

the difference in yourselves to be wrong or right

Searching for a cane of white … only for others to see

Crawling on your knees in search for what is not there.

Close to the rim where the despaired fall in their deeds

and where the anguished cries invade from everywhere.

The destiny of them, who exchanged truth for fiction,

who after many chances … decided to do their own.

Influenced by opinions in swallowed contradiction

to make the flesh their idol in corruption to the bone.
