Self again

Proverbs 25:28 New Living Translation (NLT) 28 A person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls.

Self-love and self-pity... separating me from the truth,

into domains of natural ... where my soul resides.

Here I justify my feelings and find peace in misery.

It is a never-ending process ... me in the center seems all right.

How can you lay your life down for another in deep need?

How can you love your neighbor as yourself indeed?

What if you only focus ... on the one you think to be?

That may be not yourself at all ... you may be blind indeed.
