Growing up is a scary thing

You don't realize how fast time flys

As a little girl, I would say I can't wait to grow up

Now that I'm 17 and going to be going off to college soon 

I say where did the time go 

I didn't realize how quickly the time went

You don't realize how fast you grow up until you're almost an adult
