Me to Mine

Sun, 04/21/2019 - 14:06 -- KassyP

To my future daughter Kassidy

And past self Kassy,

To have you in such a cruel world is a just the beginning of turning from rock to precious stone

Please recognize you should not and will not have to carry this world on your own.

You do not have to be angry, be fearful or be in constant worry alone.

Past self has learned the ties that friendships you make can hold you or destroy you,

Promise you or fool you,

And a chance to fool you will give them another chance to take on you.

Love, but be weary,

For the feelings he or she has for you may vary

When they realize the pressure of trusting is a heart attack.

Kassy, let your light shine in places they thought it would blow out.

Kassy, believe in yourself and seek your own way out.

Because Kassidy needs to know being tough is everything when no one else is on your side and that there is nothing wrong about

Staying alone until the company you have are truly there to make you feel comfortable.

From me to mini me, let me guide you so you know the truth, and you will be suitable.

From, Me

To, Mine.
