Justice

Justice

Psalm 32:2

How blessed is the one whose wrongdoing the Lord does not punish,
in whose spirit there is no deceit.

I did not instigate … I want to be alone

Who will now believe me?

They’ll investigate but how is this done

I will just wait and see

Time goes fast I was told, only 7 years to go

How old will then I be?

Formed in some mold just for me to know

Too tired to wait and see

“Justice for all”, brings a smile, lost in a book

“One for all” seems an illusion

Laws by man full of guile – just a second look

Drawn to a slow conclusion

Love is grand for so few – misery locked in hearts

Just for self here to grasp

Hidden in a lonesome pew – not ever to depart

Adorned by memories in a cast

The future bleak uncertainty – days gone by embraced

Locked now in the presence

Gone all possibility – assigned to the last place

Somewhere it lost all essence
