Being Colored
Judged by others and people of different colored mothers.
God created all of us as one, supposedly sisters and brothers.
If I asked you what specifically is wrong with my skin color,
you would throw dirt on my name, judging a book by it's
cover. Why can't one man not walk out safely on the streets
without being called a nigger or brutally beat. Our great
ancestors who made us who we are, look down high upon
the stars. Please be grateful for life is so precious, it can be
taken away from you in a sudden minute. This powerful
war we shall endeavor and celebrate our victories we
fought for together.
