This year has been incredibly difficult to me

This year I have had tumultuous struggles that arrive in three's...

I have conquered my fears and reached for the stars,

This year has been an abundance of scars.

Although not physical, they are mentally burned inside of my mind,

I have overcome so much in such a small amount of time.

 

Hope is on the horizon

I just have to continue with these rhymes

I have to adjust to the times in which I have cried yet continued to try.

This year I have learned that I am not only strong, but also very wise

I have to remember to continue to fly

Spread my wings and share my knowledge

 

I have changed in a variety of different ways within this past year

The past is old and the time to remain bold in my endeavors is right here

I will overcome all of my fears

Good karma is bound to follow within my unselfish deeds
