How I Feel Good
Waking up and feeling low is nothing to look forward to
But, in my experience, there are some things you can do
Get up, rise and shine, get some coffee or tea
Without caffeine, I can be a bit scary
If it's a school day, I find that when I look my best
I'm able to undergo any pop quiz or test
If you happen to be lucky enough to where it's a weekend
Read a book, watch a movie, or hang out with a friend
Although these methods are tried and true
Sometimes, there's just nothing you can do
I've learned it's alright to be sad, weak, or blue
