I am invincible.
I can handle most challenges that come my way.
I know I can achieve any goal that I choose too.
I can do whatever I set my dreams to.
I know that I am able to put a large amount of effort into any given task at hand.
I can handle any outward stress forced on me.
I know my weaknesses and I do my best to challenge myself with them in mind.
I can push myself to any boundary.
I know when to give up.
Giving up does not mean you are not strong.
Giving up show means that you know your boundaries.
Giving up is not a sign of weakness, but a sign that you know what you are capable of.
