Circling the Drain

Please

Please help me

I'm circling the drain

nearing the end

going to slip through the cracks in the cement as I'm walking down this retched street

as long as I end up in the ground

I dont care how the journey lays out

I see this road as a dead-end street

my car is speeding toward a brick wall

and my brakes are out

my oil needs to be changed and I'm running on fumes

the pills stopped working

I remember the nights we were intimate

a headlight's broken and the airbag probably won't deploy

all because you needed some spare parts

Your breath is hot like flame

and I'm a newspaper

Flammable and flimsy

You tear everything apart if it's in your way

Like a hurricane
