Poison

Brown eyes,

Like the illuminating sun,

Enchanting moon,

A sharp blade

Twinkle like stars

In the night sky,

And pierce my soul;

I am mesmerized.

Gentle hands,

A soft feather,

Honey smooth,

Sparks a fire.

When you sing,

Sweet melodies fill the room,

My heart races

A seductive trance.

Passionate love,

A wild river

Runs deep with emotions;

He’s toxic.

Killing me slowly.

Distant.

A foreign land,

Enjoying your late night call,

Lasting till sunrise,

Close hearts.

Sweet, familiar voice

Tasteful to my ears

My best friend,

Poison never tasted so good.
