            Through the window

            Brothers we are

            Always together

            Intertwined families

            Joined as one

 

            Now so hollow

            That because of time

            Decayed, rotted, tarnished

            Once we were

           

            Something more

            Maybe still are

            In that one house

            Doing those same things

           

            Enjoying life’s riches

            But as you play

            I can only turn away

            Watch what I do

           

            As you became something new
