Change Equals Growth
Change.
Such a strong meaning for such a small word.
Filled with fear, excitement, hesitation, and most of all, acceptance.
A physical or internal process that can affect mind, body, and surroundings.
Change happens, whether we want it to or not. Whether big or small, it is effective and will
continue to affect us human beings both individually or as a community.
Many of us think of plenty of ways on how to change surroundings or variables affecting us on
the outside.
But do we ever look on the inside?
The internal beings that we are that make us who we are.
Change is difficult when focused on internally, changing who we are to someone we think we
may not know in our futures. It's a big and very intimidating step, but may lead to a bigger and
better outcome than we can imagine.
I want to take this step. I am one of those who wants change in myself before I can change
anything else. I want a me that would lead me to opportunities. I want a me that would build
many relationships with others. I want a me that will grow with every step I take towards my
future.
I want change to affect me internally.
I want to break out of my habits of always relying on those close to me. I want to start thinking
loudly so others can hear. I want to grow out of my isolated and judgemental bud and be
something strong and dependable. I want to grow not so I can forget the me I am now, but to
accept who I am now and to reach further, act further, work further, and just keep growing.
I am filled with wants of change for myself.
Will it be enough to take action?
