(Summer's Bummers)

Oh my gosh!

It's summer soon!

OMFG I can't wait!

These voices flow through my mind as summer approaches,

and the bright sunshine getting hotter and hotter.

All I see is a kind summer waiting for me.

But the experience caps later on.

A summer bummer is the length

Colleges have 3 months, while we have two.

We would rather compress more work than spread it out

Students like us need time to rest 99.9% of the time.

Another summer bummer is not all of it is yours

You don't have the whole summer to yourself

You can't party 24/7.

You only have at least a week or two, I hope not less.

The last summer bummer is during August

Where we face the tragedy of who our teachers will be

Everyone will show dismay, disgust, and resentment to teachers,

that are not "peer-approved"

Summer, it would be nice if you can address these bummers
