Watching softly every Breath

The rise and fall

Of precious Life so frail

To hear the hum

The happy Sounds

To know each one is loved

Oh how my joy keeps

Increasing with every Breath

With every Move they make

To watch new life

To see the innocence

That each starts out with

Always feeling strongly

To live life carelessly free

To watch in amazement

As discovery unfolds before

Eyes so keen and bright

They breath in every site

Every small experience to us

Is enormous to them

To see them grow

So many things to go through

A child’s life is filled with adventure

A mother’s just the same

But when the day has come

To close

A warm embrace accepted

All is calm and peaceful

The day has never been so busy

So long before

But also never more joyous
