A letter from God

I have set the stars in place so that your eyes may see wonder and the moon so that you may hold my beauty in your hearts. Thunder and lightning so that you may hear the sound of my beating heart and see my radient light that flashes in rythme. I created the sun so that you may feel my warm hugs and kisses. I have prepared a house for you with a bed fit for royalty. I have tended a garden with every beautiful thing so that you may know my peace. My love abounds forever and my glory will never cease. So run to me and let me hold you within my arms so that you never know pain again. Love, God

I am a novice poet that believes that the best poetry comes from your heart and emotions. I am a Norse Pagan who just so happens to be transgender and lesbian. I believe that the whole world is my muse and I get inspiration from everyone and everything that I come into contact with. Words are some of the most powerful things that we as humans posses and if used right; they can change the hearts of many. Art comes in many forms and poetry is one of them. So why not change the world with art, one word at a time?
