Despite all the mirrors I've walked past,
I could never see myself
When my finger touched the reflection,
Printless marks left the glass
A fragment of unimportant dust
The loudest whisper you never heard
I learned to drive today,
Did pretty well,
But you had nothing to say
Because you weren't there.
I graduated last year
A huge celebration with friends.
We had it right here,
Oh how she wished to be seen
She's alwas been in the shadow of someone better
Way too inferior to be noticed
She's never gotten a taste of the limelight
We go to school every day and see the friends we've made,
As time runs the marathon we begin moving on
Youre18 now, responsabilities busting down yuor door
The ressure and loneliness maks you feel absent, a ghost.
