All I need is sleep.
I get plenty on the weekends, but not much during the week.
I often go to bed to late; then just lay there wanting to eat,
While midnight snacks are good,
And I generally love food,
Those who don’t have Insomnia
Will never truly know what it’s like
It’s like never being tired
It’s like being tired but not being able to sleep
It’s a blessing and a curse
You sit awake all night
The feeling of my mind carrying the burden of all of the weight of the cement bricks hanging unwantedly from my eyelashes.
