There is a beast inside gnawing its way out from within the flesh of a confined soul
On a wet and windy noon, I feel the rain and the pain as I run. Aware that the day will end soon, I return home after great fun.   When nights fall, I sit in my room and fear

Coffees in our hands, smoke in our mouths. The morning is nearly-silent, hoarse mutterings. Chipped teeth on glass bottles, pounding bass. Sticky fumblings, trembling hands. Sweat.
I slurp another slurp I sip another sip You can't pry the cup Away from my grip   Drops drizzle down The side of the cup I stick out my tongue
The Fog rolls over the Water,
The gental rush of  tree tops sway Summer birds have flown away Blue skies have faded grey  The leaves have taken a vibrant jump  Their colors abundant and bright  The nights get shorter 
The sun is hot, the wind is low and soft against your face. The trees are green, their shadows tall and cool in their embrace. The grass is bright, the flowers vivid, and swaying in the breeze.
I have two nieces: Hayden and Anabel, Ages 3.5 years and 17 months, Respectively. As a young woman who grew up in a household of only boys, Living with them is remarkable.

To give joy to kids is my motivation
As a pessimist, it is difficult for me to write about what and or who uplifts me to achieve a pinch of happiness. I often diet on salads instead of tasting the sweet treats that life has to offer.

What makes me happy, you ask? 
Sundays are the best days; But they can end in the worst ways. However, today im going to shed some light in some dark caves.
I don't think I was ever meant to be beautiful.
High school? I thought it would be cool. Whatever. That fallacy got severed. Along with expected measures, and weathered effort.
the cool breeze  whispers over my skin rustles the leaves above a songbird's call trills  above the chatter of a squirrel playing in its drey. I lay on a fallen tree once a mighty giant
I take a deep breath as I stand in the dark,
Held in place by the light, we die happily, Wise in our time. The solid light suspends us, upends our minds
Feeling the fall breezes go through my body and swirl in my hair are things that swell my heart on a cold autumn day. Getting together with family and friends are what makes the season worth living through.
Music is a escape to me, A way to travel to a different planet while still physically being on Earth A way to release all hidden emotions And a way to forget all of my problems temporarily
We all search for that lighthouse When we're hopeless, in need of direction, it's not there. When you close your eyes and imagine, you can see the light. You find it.
I still remember when I was a child looking up at my mother with fire in my eyes, asking and pleading and begging to put the flames out with the rain puddles outside. I ran, no shoes, no socks, no responsibilities,

Shameful spirits are surrounding me, who wants to see me fail
Unanticipated jubilance Coming from nowhere Leading off a bridge   When you walk off the edge Don’t dare to look down The ruins the entity of surprise from the ground  
The happiness is hiding inside
We are not made for the aesthetic affinities. Your life is not a helicopter shot from a Planet Earth episode. You are not for the mountaintops and dawns and shooting stars.
But our lives are not the tomorrow they are not the yesterday For, the tomorrow seizes the nerves and twists the stomach the yesterday hangs laboriously about the shoulders No, our lives are today.  
Warm humbling nights after rain,quiet mornings when the day is brand new - 
Education, education education. That' all we ever hear from them. Temptation, temptation, temptation. Cheat. It's the only way you'll win.   What about fun? What about joy?
When I am left with the emptiness in my bedand loneliness consumes my heart,I think of you. I think of all the times we had together.I think of the December nights we spentlaying next to each other
1 and 2 Arm here hip there Hit it hard now Fly through the air   You're taken to another place 3 and 4 Your soul leaves your body You're wanting more  
Now the summer has come and gone. The school year starts like the break of dawn. On the far horizon I see its glow. What lies ahead?  I do not know. I'll find out soon, I have no doubt.
Each line a little story, a demonstration of truth, a living proof of action, tied together by their roots. Grab people and shake them to share their creative minds oppressed by harsh realities 
I'm proud of my team dressed in brown and orange; The city, no, the state that I call my home; The perpetual losing, the continuous booing, all is so close to my heart; While others may laugh at this team on my back;
Senior year’s starting now
When darkness surrounds me, When hateful words weigh down heavily, There is always one thing, That is sure to bring, A smile onto my face. My worries vanish without a trace.
Sometimes my humans yell at me to move,  
Reach for the stars they say but they dont know what its like day by day they play us like pawn in a simple game moving us, directing us in their own way   However thats not how it's going to go
Sometimes, the hardest thing to find in this world is yourself. Who are you  when you have everything is as important as who you are when you have nothing
Early mornings and late nights,
I swim through late night rendezvous  featuring old Christmas music, my nose guiding me towards Coppertone dreams. Coconut lime incense soaks the curves and ripples of my mind when my heart wants to fly
We all attempt to know ourselves. As people, we are born and the process begins. Exploration of body and mind, Blinking eyes and wiggling fingers and toes, We search for answers.
The Silence Before The Storm, Flip of the coin at midfield. The brotherhood that will form, A machine man can not build. From the first whistles blow, Everyone chanting in the crowd.
I often feel the clouds fog my brain, does that mean my synapses are the suspention wires on the Golden Gate Bridge? Heaven knows.   Makes me feel sick and low and empty, not empy, full,
Let's be happy together! Throw away your worries and run away with me! We can tickle elephants and catch ballons Crash a few weddings and act civilized over tea I wish you'd smile a little
I run into an open sky. I watch the sunset and within the orange and pink horizon I see me. I see myself at just 5 years old walking into a new surrounding. I see my teacher anxiously awaiting 
What makes me smile, you ask? What makes me ooze with felicity? Just as oil attracts oil, Happiness attracts happiness.   When I see the glow of laughter or tears of joy,

My home is not a house
Sentenced to prison for life, -or how you call it school. Trapped in a box with germy kids, The weather isn't helping as it gets cool. The orb shining from the heavens is just a laugh,

It's on the news, all of the time That death shall come and seek Where death shall find  
Lactic acid finds its way through me and I welcome it. With each salty drop that falls from my brow I come closer to heaven; more spirit than body. My sternum stretches in all directions, 
When I get up in the mornings  I don't want to die anymore. I don't get up and think that I am ugly. I eat on a regualr basis. I have friends. I wake up and I am happy. I am the person I want to be.
Why should I sit down watching time flow past like a river filled with melancholy reminders when I can be standing singing dancing to the rhthymn of a thousand voices a hundred drums
Not the common joys of laughter and hobbies but the impossible.   Certainty. Certainty brings me joy. Knowing that I will be secure that I will succeed that I can make it into college

Who am I?
    I go to school on the corner of Chrenshaw and Slauson But that does not define who I am I am a scholar Withe the power to be me And proving that to others is what makes me happy
Endless amounts of Summer heat; Beating onto my pale skin. Salty sweat droplets race down my arms; Now, Bikini's are in.   I devour ripe mangos with sweets that cascade into my yearning mouth.

The homeless seem mistreated And neglected I went undercover to see what people would think of me living on the streets Minute after minute I would hold my cup up high asking for spare change
when I am feeling down, but not feeling music I get my radio then I tune it,  I throw my hands in the air and wave like I just dont really care.
He tells me i'm beautiful, makes me blush bright red. He tells me i'm funny, and thats enough said. He tells me i'm smart, and that i have a way with words. He tells me he loves me, and when he says that i hear birds.

Being a military kid can be a real drag sometimes. You move more than the average teen. Last year I moved to and went to public school.
