It’s that feeling you get
When you stand in fear
Motionless
Frozen
Coldness draws near
You don’t know what to do
Brown skin girl with hopes and dreams;
She has the eyes of a queen.
Doves hum beside her as she walks with grace;
Easy to love no comparison when she shows face.
She brands herself with dignity and master plans.
Narcissus the football star,
Vain as could be,
Drew everyone’s attention,
No one could disagree.
But all his focus
Was only on himself.
You may find him here
Or perhaps there
Fading in and out of the line of sight
In his wake always follows dismay
For a born trickster he is known to be
From simple ploys
To full blown schemes
You confess how long you’ve looked
For a place to worship and
Oh,
How I put you on your knees.

Known for the ways in which he could control the waters
Masked an assassin.
Troy was murdered by evil gods.
Who revenged insult.
A haiku for Troy and his disrepectful behavior, created by Kerisma.
A darkened night to walk alone
No stars to light the path
A chilly breeze blows your way.
You find your lips soon chapped.
A bright light comes to sight.
A flicker of fear begins to stir.
I was born on a day of wisdom,
I know right from wrong,
I know truth from lies,
And fear from song.
People should listen.
But no.
