If you dont believe in yourself
Then you have already given up hope
If you tell yourself that you arent good enough
Then the person ahead of you has already won
If you put yourself down
As I take a breath
The sea grows calmer
And as I trap my worries and pain
The sun shines again
Though the days are hell
And the struggle to push through
The sea will be calm once again
