It was about naming what existed
Biblical kind of creation through naming
first the histronics of an excorcism
then, all falsehoods exiled, a joyous acceptance
By now in life you have faced some demons;
Learned the corners and closets to avoid.
You coddle your innocence
In the soft and cuddly things around you.
Knocks on the door,
surrounded in darkness
and isolation.
I made myself comfortable
and I didn't want to leave
even though I hate it here.
It's two steps out;
Last year I was scared,
Tucked away in a closet,
But now I am out.

A split across the people
