I realized I wasn't a kid no moreat the age of 10.I started living aloneNot because I had no parentsbut because they were never home,where I am And even when they were home,time was never taken
Here we are
18 years old and still can't drive a car
18 years old and you still can't give a girl your heart
18 years old and you still can't say "Hey I need a job."
Dear past self,
When you feel the night wrap around your strong shoulders, know that they are filled with stardust, not just the chaos of emotion that swells in between them.

Dear Tesfaye,
I wish you didn’t have to grow up like this.
I wish there was more I could do to help.
You are only four,
still too young to fully understand.
Poverty
To the air that I breathe,
Some times it is so hard to find you.
Some times the water on which I thrive,
Fills my lungs and relinquishes all traces of your existence.
I don't blame the water though,
Dear Younger Me
Life will not be easy
Be Prepared
Be ready
You’ll go through it all.
From death, to depression
