RAWR! My life revolves around music, especially rock/post metal core. Songs are poetry with a melody, which can save us from this cruel world we live in. Honestly, I've lost a lot of hope, and am working to recreate it through poetry. I wish for others to see the impact they have on others. Please leave comments, I'd love to hear your opinions.

If I wanted to be a boy,

It didn't take too much
To bring me down to my knees.
To leave me laying on the floor
Covered in bruises and blood.

Have you ever sat there,
In the ice rain to watch
The droplets crash into the barren ground?
The destruction of their perfect form,...
Turn up the radio, as high as it goes.
Drown out the echoing screams,
That tell you nothing,
But mean the world to me.
