Sadness floats around me
Hovering
Always with me.
Like mist,
It creeps over me
Settles down and suffocates me.
The fog of depression hides...
Fear holding on to me
Destruction spreading
Hopelessness
Empty
Collapsing
Cracking
Falling apart
Alone
Unwanted
Sadness rising
Feelings...
Hope wavers
Happiness starts to rise
A ray of hope beams through the gloomy sky
Then, smile faultering
It all comes crashing down around me...
