I have two arms
And a few legs
A torso, sure
And a head
And a few organs, I'm told
Maybe some teeth and some bones
I look at you
And you do...
Crickets in my chest
In my stomach there are butterflies
Ants in my hands and my feet
Spiders crawling across my back
I hate insects
But...
There was a time
When we could fly
And graze the stars
A fire in our chest
A warmth in our hearts
There was a girl
Who flew too high
And...
