Poems from Garrett Thomas
I hardly think one day's enough
To start the lengthy chore of vleanup
And since it's so overwhelming
And so often ignored
I find myself...
What's to be said for gun control?
Don't you realise that everyone lying now dead
Had the chance to carry, to defend themselves
But went to...
Knowledge is power
Yet ignorance is bliss
From knowledge, some cower
And to ignorance kiss
Some call knowledge wisdom
But that cannot be...
And how my heart did feel that day
When all alliance beat upon the crush'd
All hope of victory was deftly flush'd
By blood and for low...
Not far off looms a day
In which my kin will be swept away
The first, of blood, has already gone
And soon will the one go of "Friendly"...
