Your True Destiny

Location

Someone once told me “Everyone wants happiness, no one wants pain, but you can’t make a rainbow without a little rain.”
Throughout my life I realized with every success comes a little pain
Sometimes I feel like so many things have the mark of Cain
And the worlds to blame
I feel like everyone’s trying to be different but all look the same
And everyone wants to be a player but don’t know the game
I always try to do what’s right but the devil is at my feet
But with God on my side I know satin will take the back seat
I’ve been through a lot of hard times where I want to shout “Why God, I’m giving my best!"
Then I remember the teacher is always quiet when giving a test
I’ve also learned that success is not always what you see
However God is such a gentleman he’s always opening doors for me
It’s like life is a game and God’s the referee
And only he can oversee your true destiny.
