You matter

Believing that we matter,

How we live our lies.

In time we all shall die, but

through Treachery we deny.

So important are we, ones

who can’t accomplish anything.

When buried we do not die.

Cloudy Castles in our stone sky.

We’re all immortal after all,

so we justifying all our falls.

Something more must be.

It must last an eternity.

Look around and see

Tranquil grass, tall trees.

So perfect is it not?

Overlook the loose knots.

In twisted lies we are caught.

Self deceived, lacking thought.

Can one ever really see,

no such thing as eternity?
