Millions of girls,

Millions of boys,

Millions of men,

Millions of women,

Every morning you all look in the mirror,

but how many of you like what you see?

If I could change one thing it would be the way you see yourself.

I would change the feelings of self hatred to feelings of love and admiration.

I would change the way you self harm because you hate yourself,

I would change the fact you don't eat for weeks on end,

I would change how you purge after every meal. 

I would change your opinion of you, your opinion of your self worth. 

Because:

You are beautiful,

Your are perfect,

You are you, that is the best you can be.

That's what I would change.
