You and me ... we

WeEphesians 2:3

among whom all of us also formerly lived out our lives in the cravings of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath even as the rest …

By nature we are children of wrath and works will not change.

For no flesh shall be justified by what we try to do.

Much more than that is what it takes and who can rearrange?

We play the game and know the name but do we hunger for the truth?

Romans 8:3-7

“My flesh cannot submit to God’s law” ... it only can rebel.

In all things carnal minded me ... I know you can tell.

My mind is set in the world for sure and this brings surely death.

My needs are filled in the church and that gives me some rest.

Romans 8: 3-7

“To be spiritually minded is life and peace”.

As the Spirit dwells in me and I don’t try to quench Him.

It is as the promise to the thief who on The Cross was by Him.

“Today you’ll be in paradise with me,” said Christ, The Savior.

He lifted the thief out of his flesh as the Spirit fulfilled this favor.
