You and I

I'm not you.

That's what makes me beautiful,

Smart,

Awesome,

Flawless.

It's not that you aren't any of these things.

You are these things as well because you aren't me.

If everyone was the exact same type of beautiful,

Who would be?

If everyone was the exact same type of smart,

Who would be?

We hold different things in the palms of our hand, you and I.

I'm me,

And you're you.

That's what makes us flawless.

Sure, every once in a while I want to look like a super model,

But nobody can pull off freckles the way I can.

You, though, don't have my freckles,

But nobody can pull off that long nose the way you can.

Heaven knows that I couldn't,

And that's okay considering that I'm not you.

Heck, that's what makes me flawless.

Heck, that's what makes you flawless.

Heck, that's what makes that super model flawless.

Therefore, to clarify:

I'm not you,

And you're not me.

See, that's why we are both

Utterly,

Completely,

Undoubtedly

Flaweless.
