YOU

Cold so cold was the unseen storm.
But warm was your smile so warm as I remember.
As Innocent as a lamp was your approach
And timid was your talk,
So sweet I can't keep thinking myself of.

Soft was your voice not so deep nor too high;
Love was your eyes filled with
that I can't sleep without thinking of it .
Your smile was the hope to overcome my fear
How I longed just to you to be near.

Time they say it heals the pain;
But every lonely days when I try not to think of you
My faith in time all goes in vain.
'Cause my memories of the blissful days
keeps bringing up faces of nothing but YOU.
