You

You

I remember you the way I remember to breathe

Dusty, chocolate brown hair

Hazelnut eyes

Cream skin

Bright lips

You

You had a light in your eyes

You always smiled at me

Your warm hands encased my cold ones

A dark, husky voice greeted me

You

Why can't I forget you?

Why can't I forget your warmth?

Why can't I forget your butterfly kisses?

Why can't I forget you next to me?

You

I remember you the way I remeber to breathe

You were perfect

You were mine

You were my everything

You

I wrote this about a certain person... who, in the end, didn't seem to be alright with me. I guess I'll just keep the poetry

Tell me-whoever reads this- how you feel about this peom. Thank you XD

Logosync

This reminds me of her so much!  This is such the feeling of positivity that we had together.  It wasn't like she hurt me when she left.  It was like she blessed me for a little while and then I had to come back from that dream and live in the real world again.

I'm glad someone feels the same way I felt when I wrote this. I am glad you found a way out of your pain

Logosync and I hope you find a new great person for you, like how I am hoping that someone is waiting for me
