You’re Strong, You’re brave.

Disclaimer: Not based on my personal life.

Running away from home.

She had nowhere to go.

She needs to get away.

She kept running as fast as her little feet could go.

The thought of abuse is meddling through her mind.

Home is not safe.

It’s hard to leave everything behind.

No one knows where she’s at.

It’s for the best.

She saw her face on the news.

They reported her missing.

It's been 50mins.

Someone is listening.

She changed her facial features.

Head to the shelter and rest.

Twist and turns.

Nightmares are eating her alive.

She kept telling herself that she’ll be alright.

The sun is blazing through the window.

She woke up and left.

Hungry.

Tired.

Broke.

Alone

Depressed.

Want to start a new life.

She doesn't know how.

It's okay to feel sad.

Self-doubt and victim blaming ARE NOT allowed.

There's only one thing left to do.

She went to the police station.

They ask for her identification.

They proceed with the investigation.

Told them she ran away.

Self-harm is not the answer.

Someone is trying to kill her.

They think she’s lying and just need attention.

Pain is in her heart.

Her mind is flooded with negativity.

It’s hard to explain.

Psych evaluation?

She’s not insane.

Her brain can’t manage.

It’s too much to retain.

Away from the house where the abuser resides.

She doesn't feel safe.

He’s haunting her.

She can’t escape.

Afraid he’ll find her.

Afraid he would leave her body at sea.

Foster parents were alerted.

She’s even more terrified.

The foster father came.

How dare he showed his face.

He abuse her.

That’s a total disgrace.

She was threatened, she couldn’t report the case.

She wants to kill him.

What he did is forbid.

He's looking.

Speaking like nothing didn't happened.

Cut and bruises.

She wants him dead.

Drowning him with acid.

Picturing him in a casket.

She went to the hospital.

Police woman waited outside.

Foster father came inside.

Doctor followed protocol with his consent.

It’s ironic because he didn’t ask for her consent.

Took away innocence and dignity.

He should face the death penalty.

Doctor saw scars.

Began to cry.

They hugged.

They talked for awhile.

Left the room, and went outside

The abuser was nowhere on site.

The police woman shouted her name.

She ran.

Whispered in her ears, “he’s dead”.

She’s relieved.

The hatred is still embedded.

Great things are ahead.

Shortly after the high on cocaine.

A sheltered foster mother called.

She killed the abuser.

She’s sorry, she didn’t protect her.

He abused the foster mother.

Bribe her with tons of jewelry.

She’s happy he died.

No more pain, no more suffering.

It will be hard to forget.

The brutal discovery.

He violated her.

Life will never be the same.

The police woman saw the signs.

Believed her.

They got rid of him together.

Everyone is happy, everyone is safe.

The abuser deserves it.

She’s no longer his personal slave.

Healing doesn't have an expiration date.

Meditate, communicate, appreciate, and elevate.

I feel your pain.

Your voices are heard.

Don’t give up.

Surround yourself with positive energy.

I know it may seem like your world is blurred.

You’re beautiful, and strong.

You belong.

Don’t hate yourself.

It’s NOT your fault.

Lift your head up.

Pick up your crown.

Take control.

Face the world.

Opportunities are knocking on your door.

Welcome it with open arms.

You’re a fighter.

You’re someone’s daughter.

You’ll be successful.

Just believe.

I know you’re stressed.

Peace is what you’ll need.

“Since we all came from a woman, got our name from a woman, and our game from a woman, I wonder why we take from women, why we rape our women, why do we hate our women? I think it’s time we killed for our women, be real to our women, try to heal our women, ‘cause if we don’t, we’ll have a race of babies that will hate the ladies, who make the babies. And since a man can’t make one, he has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one.”-Tupac Shakur.
