A Wo(man)

feminism is about men and women being equal,
because there's a lot of ruling men in the world,
equal in all ways, not in some or others, not more powerful, or weak, but equal in every way,
like 68 cents to every dollar is what a woman earns to a man,
for the same job, same experience, same everything,
just because she doesn't have a penis,
means she doesn't get all that,
there are no women in the Navy Seals,
they aren't strong enough they say,
and yet they can handle the pain of childbirth,
and carry a life around with them for months,
something men are incapable of doing,
so how is it that they are not strong? They are viewed as a version of weak?
all throughout history, from the egyptians to the greeks,
we couldn't vote for a while, couldn't be soldiers,
always had to take care of the children
couldn't be viewed as "tomboys" we had to be lady like,
we had to act proper and shave our hair, and act with manners,
and "boys will be boys," when that isn't an excuse,
We have to deal with objectism of ourselves and what we wear, how we act,
catcalls from the boys and men,
we have to rise above all that on a daily life,
with makeup,
and platform high heel shoes,
not showing our insecurities,
when you look at femenism, ask again.
We're looking for equal ness, for after all we are a Wo(man).
