Without a Doubt

I look down
And my legs
Are covered
In roses
Vines and flowers
Twining
About my thighs
And I see you blush
Because they leave
So little
To the imagination
But I don't mind.
I can see your smile
From across the room
And in every room
In the world
And it's different
In my light
Than in the dimness
Of your other loves
And I know that doesn't
Mean that you don't love them
In the least
But it does mean
You love me more
And you tell me
Eyes burning
Lungs reaching
You tell me
And you mean it
And because
You mean it
I believe you
Your hands find my cheeks
And you hold my face
To yours- And you tell me
All your wishes
And your pleas
And all your fears
And as I'm lying in your bed
You pull me close and
Kiss my arms
And you tell me
That you want to fall asleep
-Like this-
Every night
And wake up
-With me-
Every morning
And my heart flutters
So hard that it hurts
Because I've wanted
To hear those words
Every moment since
The first words
I ever heard
So I say yes
Without a doubt
And I twine my fingers
Into yours
And I try
Not to wonder
what I'm going to do
Without you
